30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

If you suspect a product is not authentic, contact us immediately. We take authenticity very seriously and will investigate every report.
